Snow Day
We had a snow day in Erlanger, KY yesterday. It snowed about 2-3 inches on Monday night, leaving the roads kinda icey, so they closed the office that we are working out of....never mind the fact that we would only have to drive a mile to get there. Our bosses were still determined to make it in, but the building manager wouldn't let them do it. So, we had a snow day and worked from the hotel....too bad we couldn't work from the hotel bar, but you have to work with what ya got.
I verbally challenged two of my co-workers to a snow ball fight, but we worked such long hours yesterday that none of us were up for it (this probably worked in my favor.....they're both from Jersey and would have totally kicked my ass).
Anyway, the snow was pretty, especially last night when it was sleeting and making the snow all glittery. A lot of it has melted today, but i'm still enjoying it.
