Hmmm...Who Died?
There is a chalk body outline (and by chalk, I mean yellow paint or construction duck tape) in the parking front parking lot of CEBA. I believe it is art and not a real crime scene...at least I hope it's art...its a rather odd shaped burly figure with a tiny head that is not attached to its body. It kinda makes me smile.

(Mary) That would be something...if it was a real body outline. Maybe the guy just had a really long, really thin neck, and that's why the head appears to be unattached.
actually, the head is completely unattached. It is down by the body's hand.
